Wrong Place, Wrong Time

I miss Zagreb. As if being seperated from the fresh produce of Tržnica Dolac, the alleys, cafes, and quirky rhythm of life wasn’t pain enough, this article in the New York Times informs me that I’m going to miss a free concert by Kool and the Gang on Trg Bana Jelačića next week. The funny part is that Kool and the Gang aren’t the main event, but the between-heat entertainment for the overflow crowds watching the women’s World Cup slalom races on Sljeme via jumbo television. Koki, Ivan, Iva, Nina, Dina, anyone… Please go, shake your asses and take some photos for me.
